Welcome to My First Blog Post! I hope you’ll enjoy journeying with me through all the cultures and cuisines that make up a lifetime of cooking and eating, as I show you how to make delicious food easy!

What better way to celebrate the start of my new blog than showing you the dishes that started my love of all things food!

I grew up the only daughter of a Korean mom and inherited her recipes, which I have done my best to pass on to my three daughters. I learned to cook without actual recipes and with Korean mom impatience and open hands holding ingredients, saying “you put this much your hand!” Kinda hard to translate that into measurements, but over time I think I perfected my mom’s recipes.  Maybe.
